The slopes offer skiing on two fells, Kaunisp\u00e4\u00e4 and Iisakkip\u00e4\u00e4, for skiers and boarders of all levels. At the ski restaurant you can recharge your batteries while sitting by the fireplace and enjoying the ski slopes.<\/p>\n<p>Saariselk\u00e4 has a whopping 200 kilometres of groomed runs. The ski runs are usually open from October to November until May. You can also get a variety of skiing experiences off the slopes, whether on fell skis or even by trying out gliding snowshoes.
