Die Pulmankij\u00e4rvi besticht durch seine karge Sch\u00f6nheit. Der mehr als 10 km lange See entstand aus einem alten Fjord des Arktischen Ozeans. Zum Pulmankij\u00e4rvi gelangt man \u00fcber die Panoramastra\u00dfe, die durch eine eindrucksvolle Fjellnatur f\u00fchrt. Unterwegs kann man am Aussichtspunkt Isonkivenvaara Halt machen oder \u00fcber den ca. 6 km langen Wanderweg zur Kote am See Skaidij\u00e4rvi laufen. Wildnisgebiet Kaldoaivi<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Kaldoaivi ist das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Wildgebiet Finnlands. Die Landschaft ist gepr\u00e4gt durch Fjell-Hochland und tiefe Flusst\u00e4ler mit absch\u00fcssigen Felsw\u00e4nden. Es liegt 200-300 m \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel, weshalb die Vegetation vorwiegend aus d\u00fcnnst\u00e4mmigen Fjell-Birken besteht. Weiter n\u00f6rdlich geht das Gebiet in eine baumlose Zone \u00fcber. Das Gebiet eignet sich nur f\u00fcr erfahrene Wildniswanderer und Mountainbiker. F\u00fcr Angler ist Kaldoaivi ein absolutes Traumziel, da die zahlreichen Gew\u00e4sser ausgesprochen fischreich sind. In Kaldoaivi gibt es definitiv keine Lichtverschmutzung, so dass sich das Gebiet ideal zum Beobachten von Polarlichtern eignet! Auch die Herbstf\u00e4rbung ist hier eine Klasse f\u00fcr sich. Fluss Tenojoki <\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Der Tenojoki ist einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften und besten Lachsfl\u00fcsse Europas. Die ersten Fliegenfischer kamen im 19. Jahrhundert zum Tenojoki, was man als Beginn des Angeltourismus ansehen kann. Teno, Deatnu oder Tana, wie der Fluss auf Finnisch, Nordsamisch und Norwegisch hei\u00dft, bildet die Grenze zwischen Finnland und Norwegen, d. h. der Fluss ist auch die n\u00f6rdliche Grenze der Europ\u00e4ischen Union. Das wundersch\u00f6ne Flusstal mit seinen versteckten Sandstr\u00e4nden wird von zerkl\u00fcfteter Fjelllandschaft ges\u00e4umt. Sevettij\u00e4rvi-Pulmanki Wanderweg<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Der Sevettij\u00e4rvi-Pulmanki Wanderweg beginnt am See Pulmankij\u00e4rvi und verl\u00e4uft durch die Wildnis von Kaldoaivi. Der Weg ist etwa 60-70 km lang. Die s\u00fcdlichsten Abschnitte f\u00fchren durch boreale Waldnatur, w\u00e4hrend die Landschaft weiter n\u00f6rdlich karger wird und durch Birkenvegetation gepr\u00e4gt ist. Unterwegs gibt es einige Schutzh\u00fctten. Die beste Wanderzeit ist Juli-August.
